Not many exciting pictures in May

Painting, insulating and wiring plus work at the Attica house.

Oh, and I trimmed the shrubs and picked up rocks...

I include pictures of hedge trimming to show we
were so focused on the inside that we neglected it
and it just kept growing.

So pictures of picking up rocks?

Two reasons.  One is to show how much yard was disturbed
by the construction in 2010 and the other to show that
the soil here has a lot of rock just under the surface if you disturb it.
Never had soil like this in all the other places we lived.

And the lawn mower can throw them a long way and break windows.
I am more careful now...

We moved the living room window a few feet so
I had to paint the wall after drywall repair.
Because of that I had to paint all the living room,  the entry,
and the hallway down to the bedrooms.

The picture below is to show how much we moved the window
and the view before adding the addition.
(Ignore the cheerful expressions)

I said insulation is not exciting

Judy wanted the sunroom to be different
so we put simulated rough sawn paneling instead of drywall.
She is going to paint it white.

New Carpet was installed Memorial Day weekend.
These two pictures are just to remind us of the old carpet.
Glad it is gone.

Below is the new carpet
