This is the SW corner of bedroom next to bathroom.

This is an "after" shot standing in the bedroom facing the corner toward the
bathroom. The drywall was removed to be able to see along foundation.
There is a new joist next to the old one shown under the wall. Angle of
picture does not really show that the old joist is off the plate.

This now allows for the replacing of the bathroom floor and a start on 
the bedroom floor.
